The Bo is a six-foot wooden staff and is probably ''the oldest weapon known to man other than a flung rock.'' This video teaches the basics as well as many advanced techniques - It explores the Chikin (Tsuken) Bo Kata from Nishihara village dating back to the 1800s. The kata shos many dynamic movements and other fighting applications.
